- BOARD GOAL 1: Successful search for and hiring of a well-qualified Superintendent for the Waldwick district.
- BOARD GOAL 2: Complete a Board Self Evaluation (BSE), and create next set of board goals.
- BOARD GOAL 3: Professional Board Development working towards NJSBA Board Certification.

2019 - 2020 Board Goals
Review Board Sub-Committee structure and determine if the current structure is most efficient
Reach a fair and equitable settlement with all district bargaining units
Trustees continue to extend working knowledge of BOE procedures
