2024-2025 Kindergarten Registration
Kindergarten Registration will be done for the Waldwick Public Schools online
January 3 through January 31, 2024
To be eligible for the September 2023 Full Day Kindergarten Class,
children must be 5 years old on or before October 1, 2024.
**Updated: All Registration Paperwork can be emailed. Parents or guardians must e mail or arrange a time to drop off their child’s birth certificate or other acceptable proof of age*, record of immunizations, two approved proofs of residency*, along with the printed page from the online Open Registration portal at the time of registration.
Children must have a completed physical and eye examination after September 1, 2023.
Children must have written documentation of the month, day, and year of all required immunizations.
There will be forms that need to be filled out for Mrs. Gray, our school nurse. Please email these forms to Grayl@waldwickschools.org.
If your child is not due for their physical until after your appointment please bring your child's most recent physical information and you can bring the up-to-date forms after your appointment.
To Get Started:
1. Login to the Waldwick School District Website @ www.waldwickschools.org and go to the school your child will be attending, click on New Student Registration and fill out all required information in the online link and print the page when completed. (The registration portal will be active between January 1st and January 31st.)
2. For Crescent School: Once you complete the online registration you will receive further information via email. If you have any questions, you can email Cuomoj@waldwickschools.org.
3. *Follow the “What to Bring Checklist” to be prepared for step 2 of the registration process. All paperwork can be emailed to Registrationcre@waldwickschools.org
Please Note: Registration is not complete until all required documents are submitted.
